A: A typical in roof Solar PV system for a domestic dwelling will cost you approximately £2,000 per kW. For example, a 4kW system will cost £8,000.
A: Regular testing enables you to identify any issues promptly, such as low batteries or faulty detectors or components, so that you can address them before it’s too late. Neglecting maintenance can render the alarm useless when it’s needed most.
A:The Solar panels we install have a 25 year manufacturers output warranty, and our inverters or batteries come with a 5 or 10 year warranty, depending on manufacturer of choice to suit your project.
A: Solar panels will still generate electricity during cloudy weather, rain or any other period of indirect sunlight, just not as efficiently. Solar panels are most efficient in direct sunlight and will generate less electricity during cloudy conditions.
A: For a typical residential system we would allow 1 week from start to finish to ensure the job is completed to a high standard.

A: Things to look out for would be:
* There are switches made of cast iron.
* There’s no labelling on the consumer unit.
* The consumer unit has a wooden back.
* Sockets are broken or cracked.
* If your property is over 30 years old.
* Black rubber electrical wiring.
* Rewire-able fuses.
* There are less than two plug sockets in each room.
* There are signs of burning, such as discolouration around plugs and sockets or a burning smell.
